Note:
- ISRM and CSRME members must provide a valid member ID during registration.
- The conference fee will be collected by Wuhan Chytey Aconf Co., Ltd.（武汉企泰艾会科技有限公司）, which will issue an invoice for “conference fee”. Payment methods include online banking, remittance transfer, Alipay and WeChat Pay. If paying by remittance transfer, please include “RocDyna 2027 + order number” in the remittance details. After payment, prepare an electronic copy of the remittance voucher and upload it to the conference website so that the finance team can verify your payment.
- Upload Voucher: Follow the registration and payment steps. When you select “remittance transfer”, use the “upload voucher” option to submit your transfer voucher. You can also log in and follow this path: Dashboard → My order → Upload voucher.
- Invoice Application: After successful registration and payment, an invoice application link will be sent to the email address and mobile phone number provided during registration. Apply through that link or return to the conference website: Dashboard → Apply for invoice. Invoices will be issued within 7 working days after the conference.
For reimbursement within mainland China, please provide your institution’s Chinese invoicing details. The Finance Department will send the electronic invoice to the designated email address.
